A rare opportunity to secure an early 1970s, two-owner Fender Jazz Bass. This bass is genuinely roadworn and has some serious playwear – as they say, all the best ones get played! Classic 1970s Fender aesthetics featuring a bound ’round laminated rosewood fingerboard with block inlays, black large scripted ‘Fender’ headstock logo, dark tortoiseshell pickguard, and a sunburst finish. Includes ash-tray covers, the original orange-lined Fender case and a high quality Custom Shop Fender gig bag too. Original bridge has been replaced with a modern reproduction for better playability but is included with the instrument for posterity. Currently strung with flatwound strings and sounds marvelous!
